>230 arms factories suddenly appear!

Before installing the most recent patch I was evacuating the industry from Tula. I had the rail capacity to evacuate all but one arms factory, so I moved a bunch of stuff to Sverdlovsk in one group. This turn I noted that Tula has >230 arms factories. After upgrading to the new patch, I moved some of the Tula arms factories just to make sure they are real, and they are!

This problem could have been there before I upgraded to the new patch because I didn't look at Tula after I made the factory move yesterday.

If you want to access the game file, it is on the Slitherine server, QBall vs. von Beanie.

I downloaded the game and yes you've managed to get extra armament centers in Tula. You've also got some factories in Sverdlovsk with 118% damage, something that should never happen. These events are probably related somehow. You also have over 600 armaments factories when you only start with 370 and AFAIK they do not increase during the game. This means this probably isn't the first time you've manage to clone araments factories. You should watch the 118% damage and see if it comes down over time. If you ever see this happen again where the number of factories increases, please let us know immediately and we can step back one turn in your game and try to repeat it. I'll make sure Pavel sees this in case he has any ideas what might have caused it. In the meantime you have a lot of extra factories until Tula is captured or you ship them somewhere else where they can get captured.

Thanks Joel. I am Von Beanie's opponent. It's pretty late in the Summer, so it might be hard to rail them toward the Germans, especially that many. Is there any other way to kill it? How much of an effect will those factories have on play balance?

Since there a huge surplus of armaments, which we toning down, the only effect I see that those armaments will be consuming a lot of supplies.

On the bad thing I can not replicate it with the latest code I have.
