Playing Russian vs AI Normal turn 25

Started the Winter offensive and wanted to see how much stuff I was capturing
from the last save on turn 24 to the start of turn 25 the Russians captured 874 German 81mm Mortars and
265 Slovakian 37mm Anti-tank Guns
All of these Items have been deployed into 35 Soviet units.
I did upgrade from 1.03 Beta 2 to Beta 4 during turn 24

Upon further looking these are all of the turn 25 Reinforcements

From the end of turn 24 to the start of turn 25 the Russians somehow captured 872 German 81mm Mortars and 265 Slovakian 37mm Anti-tank Guns and have them deployed to Russian units

My question is where did all of the captured equipment come from?

At end of turn 24 Russians had 2 81mm and 1 37mm captured

From German units retreated during Soviet turn, I guess.

Not sure I am explaining it very well
just look at the 2 save screans from the end of soviet turn 24 and the start of Soviet turn 25

as you can see up until and including turn 24 the russians captured 4 elements total

Then with no combat by the Germans the russians have now captured over 1,100 elements but only a large increase in 2 items

I just figured it must be a bug

Thanks for the save, Roger. This is indeed a bug. In fact there is a chance that captured (artillery) equipment can start to be producing. Fixed such "licensed" production.
