What would cause a Marine regiment to reembark during an invasion. As far as I can tell, there is only a base force opposing it. Not enough planning points? A timid TF commander? The Japs aren't even fighting back, although they are present.

I don't know but you'd get a better answer in the general forum, war room, or tech support.
