In my continuing series of Newbie questions...I've read about Admin Points...but I don't know how to access them and how they best should be utilized. I have only played the short scenarios so far.

You access them whenever you really do anything, want to assign a support unit to a Div, they will be spent, transfer a div to another Corps, they will be spent.

You points are located in the upper right corner below the motor pool count.
