Lost at Sea

Hmm..the turn before I decided to sail a reinforcing regiment from Germany to garrison Tallinn. After being hit by interdiction and stopped at sea I awaited the new turn:
Only to discover that my ships lost their way and ended up in Kaunas. I was able to debark and move them north towards their destination.
