Battles and sieges not showing up

We have a major PBEM issue where battles and sieges carried out by an active player are not showing up in the land combat save file. The active player's (in this case France's, who went last in land) battles and sieges went through fine on his PC, but do not appear in the log for everyone else. When we opened his land combat file, one one battle was listed. None of the other sieges or combats took place, with opposing corps still sharing the rural parts of the same regions. This means that we went into diplomacy phase with enemy corps happily coexisting in the same space. We had a similar issue earlier in the game with Turkey's siege of Cairo not being reflected in everyone else's log.

This bug might be related to the game getting confused by battle files being present in the battle folder. For some reason the game is seeing the battle files in the battle folder, and undoing the combat results.

I think it is due to the battle files being cleared out of the battles folder???

This is what happens: A battle is fought between two players that have to exchange a battle file. Once this battle is over (for some reason, battles between multi-corps forces on both sides are the last ones to be resolved), and the phasing player (the one whose turn it is) wins (we have noticed this correlation), the player will then assault the garrison in the city in the same area (also noted) and (whatever the result - we have not kept up with the success of this last siege combat) then ends his turn. On his game, the log shows all the battles he fought before the multi-corps battle, but all other players who get his land combat file will ONLY see the multi-corps battle and anything after that, but NEVER anything BEFORE it. The game acts as if those other battles were never fought, and thus will show enemy units coexisting in perfect harmony in the same spaces (for everyone except the then-phasing player).
So, the factors here, it would seem, are these:
1) The phasing players fights some sieges and single corps battles
2) He then fights a multi-corps battle between with another human player
3) the phasing player wins and occupies the area
4) the phasing player then assaults the city and may or may not take it
5) if he does, he will drop a garrison into it
6) the phasing player then clicks DONE and then sends the land move and combat files to other players
7) The other players load the files and ONLY see the effects of the last battle and siege combat. All previous battles do not show up on the map or in the log.
8) In addition to the above, sometimes the last battle itself gets messed up. The game will show the results, but the losing force will not withdraw (this shows up in everyone's save game, including the phasing player's, and thus may or may not be related to the other bug).
We are still getting this error in 1.8.05.
How long before 1.8.06 beta is out?
