How does one raise morale in land and air units..and what is the rough daily rate increase.
Experience as well what is the rough rate of increase when planning points are at optimum..

Place into rest mode.

To increase morale and reduce disruption or fatigue, put the unit into rest mode and make sure there is enough supply and support in the hex. Morale will eventually climb up to near 100, if the unit is resting in the rear with lots of support and supply.

Experience only increases through combat or, once preparation reaches 100, up to the maximum level listed in the table below. Combat is the only way I know of to increase experience above these levels.
