Pilot Replacements

Does anyone know what the replacement rates are for pilots?
I am currently playing the 1940 Campaign as LW and setting a rather demanding pace... causing heavy losses all around.
I have no idea whether I can replace my losses and if so, how long it will take? Any ideas?
