Problems in Supply Path calculation

I have isolated Leningrad and also got two of the ports. The third port has a long way to the next rail head, because I broke the rail line. Moreover it is mud season. The last port shows a SP of 72, while a hex in isolated Leningrad only has a SP of 52. That does not make any sense. I'd assume that it would take even ore SP points to get from the port over the lake to Leningrad.

In the last screenshot a German HQ is next to a lake Ladoga port. I think in that case the off rail range is broken, because no other port on the lake is connected to the German supply net. Did I find some bugs? Comments are welcome.

SP of the enemy doesn't always show current supply path or off rail range. In case of units in Leningrad supply path from the previous logistic phase is shown. In fact current off rail mp there is >90 and it will be used in next supply phase.

No bug. You can trace to the Finnish ports on Ladoga.

This also feels very strange. Axis can use Finnish ports to meet the condition of beeing close enough to get a supply bonus (I had assumed this represented that the trucks used to move the stuff had a short trip, but that is only my own rationalization), but the 34 MP cost depicted in the ss suggests that the supply will not take that route.

Does this mean that Rostov can be used for tracing (if Kerch is Axis) even though the Axis has no transport cap in the Sea of Azov (as is the case with Ladoga, no transp cap)?

Is this intentionally designed or is it "how it came out after coding" (Is there an acronym for this?) and therefore possibly subject to review?

It will.

Yes

Yes to both. Railway and shipping capacity do not include those used to move supplies. Yes, it may change.
