Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to disable the autoscroll feature or to reduce the scrolling speed when the cursor passes over the border of the map window?

Not really, but...
The numerical keypad number keys can be used to scroll the map or center on the current unit.
7 (Northwest) 8 (North) 9 (Northeast)
4 (West) 5 (Center on current unit) 6 (East)
1 (Southwest) 2 (South) 3 (Southeast)
The Arrow keys can be used to scroll the map. Use the <Shift> key along with an arrow key to scroll the micro view map’s locator pane. Use the <Ctrl> key along with an arrow key to scroll the micro view map.

Note that map dragging works now, as well.
