Hope you learned how to tread water while out here or as a soldier. Just heard you guys were in for some pretty rough weather. Head for the storm celler as there were a slue of tornadoes in the areas already hit.
Seriously though I hope you guys ride it out OK with a limited amount of damage.
We had warm mild weather here in your old California stomping grounds.

I also trust that all will be well in the Gulf, I was not aware that storms were inbound. Take care, gents and may God be with you.

Thanks for ya'lls concerns. I was out of Dodge this last weekend, in Virginia, actually.
When I got home to Fairhope, everything was cool, but up in Prattville, my niece and hubby just, and I mean just, had an awning put up over their back deck and the contractors got done with it about 3:30, and Erik was sucking down some 'damn, life is good' brewskies and texting Amber and saying 'ohh yess .. and here's the pictures .." and then this little (level 0) twister hits, and Amber gets home looking to grill some goodies on the barbie, and the twister flips the whole awning up onto the roof. Facia ripped out, all the restraints gone, just, you know, rotate an exterior enclosure through an obtuse arc and up onto the roof. Woof !
So Amber gets home expecting this ultimate barbeque pedistal extravanganza, and what does she see? Poop on de roof, Babe. It's kinda funny, and you should have heard that girl cuss. I mean, Erik cusses, but Amber takes it to whole new level.
Ciao. John
