Partisan unit highlighting

When one uses Ctrl-0 to highlight partisan units they will not immediatly highlight. Instead one must manually find one and click it, then all the partisans highlight in red.

Just tried it with the fresh 1942 GC and all partisans are shown highlighted. Is it repeatable for you?

Yep let me start s 42 GC and see if its still repeatable.
Well in the 42 GC I started its working perfectly. How odd.. when I am done with this 41 GC I will start another and watch once partisans start coming
