I received this game earlier today and after installation, I used the auto updater to update the game. At that time 1.02 was available. Now, I see that 1.03 has just released. I live in dial-up only country so going from 1.00 to 1.02 took 11-12 hours. My question is that when I go from 1.02 to 1.03 will the updater see that I have 1.02 and only download the files I need to update to 1.03 or will it download everything all over again?

In my experience, going from 1.0 to 1.01 to 1.02 is pretty much the same in terms of time required for download and installation. I am downloading 1.03 patch separately, not using an updater. It's 161 MB.

Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking, Eastern Europe?

A more rural area in Virginia. Many people don't know this but there are large land areas of the U.S. that only have dial-up coverage. The population density is not very high so the providers don't think it is cost effective to put in DSL or FIOS.
