I lost my serial number like a dufus. I contacted plimus and haven't heard anything. How else can i retrieve it?

It's killing me not to update to 1.03

I found this in the manual:  "We strongly recommend registering your game as it will give you a backup location for your serial number should you lose it in the future...The best way to contact us if you are having a problem with one of our games is through our Help Desk. Our Help Desk has FAQs as well as a dedicated support staff that answer questions within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Support questions sent in on Saturday and Sunday may wait 48 hours for a reply. You can get to our Help Desk by going to http://www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk."

Please tell me you registered your game.

there's a file in the root directory of the WitE installation called serialreg.txt

No Mr Larry. I registered my other games. I forgot to register like a dummy. I don't have the emails. Plimus says they can't help me. I emailed our matrix boys. They are my only hope. It's the weekend so hopeful I will be able to update monday.

THANK YOU tailgunner!!! I found a text file in the root directory with my Serial. You guys are awesome. As soon as I update I'll register. Woo Hoo!!

Didn't Matrix implement some auto registration for your recent purchases?
I recall this appening for my two recent purchases.
