Gilles123 MultiPlayer Games - no go! Strange!

Hi - I have tried to access (this date - 14 March) the Multiplayer menu/logon, but get an 'authorization failed' message! Strange, given that I had played a number of games this date.
Have rebooted etc - but no go. But - I can appear to be able to play AI games.
