German Finnish Link up

I have a question a German unit has managed to link with the Finnish Army to the east of Lake Lagoda. However it has been isolated from the rest of the German Forces & will be drawing its supply from Finland (unless the linkup can be re-established). Will it be subject to the no attack rule or will it be able to attack as per normal, assuming it still remains cut off from the rest of the German Forces? Lenningrad still remains in Soviet hands & is still supplied.

It should be able to attack, but it shouldn't be able to go into the German no-move area north of the Svir river.

I am the axis in this game and have 2 questions too:
the Finnish south of y11 row can move but cannot attack, is this WAD?
the axis division is cut off from the supply from south but it can be supplied from the north, finnish supply?
Thanks
Antonio

Yes, WAD in both cases. You have to take both Leningrad hexes before the Finns can attack south of the no-attack line.

Joel passing information to the enemy don't you know there's a war on [:D]
Seriously although it has probably been explained before somewhere what is to stop a German player bringing a Korp across from the mainland ( 3 divisions & a HQ) & attacking from Finland)

The German no move area stops them from coming via Finland.
