Can't give money

In our 7 player PBEM game we are unable to give each other money. It is still deducted from the giving power, but does not appear for the receiving player.

This is fixed in 1.08.05. Unfortunately, Matrix has not got it out yet. The money is subtracted, but you'll need the host to add it to the receiver.

I'm using 1.08.05 and have the same bug - any ideas?
