Frankly, as the thread title says - I don't know.
I tried to buy Combat Command using paypal and clicked Pay Now.
I got the little rotating symbol (showing that it was working) and then, about 5 minutes later....nothing. It's still sitting on the Pay Now page. As I recall in the past, it would then take you to your serial number and download info. once payment was made.


Checking my e-mails shows no confirmation message of purchase but, frankly, I'm not willing to try and purchase a second time (when I may have already paid for it). I hope you can help because if I can't trust your system then I'm unwilling to use it. I need somebody to tell me if my account has been charged or not.

My order number is 23737679.

We are investing this, but so far it cannot find that order number. Could you double check it, and resend it to me if need be? We have had other sales go through Paypal for Combat Command, so it is probably a local issue or temporary internet hiccup.

I can also confirm that the order was not place and you were not charged.  I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.

I paid for the game with Paypal and downloaded it without a hitch on my 2 computers, one with XP and one with Win7.

I got the game eventually. Decided just to go with your common or garden credit card payment and no problems.
I'll probably try paypal again with my next purchase - which will likely be ATG.

Thoroughly enjoying Combat Command by the way...well worth the money and well worth the 2nd attempt at purchasing[:D]
