Here it is... Roy's AAR. Note that in the AAR it mentions "All regimes start at peace and it costs 20 PPs to declare war (more if the regime has allies)..." The "more if the regime has allies" was true at the time of writing but was changed in a subsequent version. A declaration of war costs only 20PPs regardless of how many allies a player has.

Good read.

One of the enemy's cities is named Presseck in this map. That's actually a real location less than 20km from where I live. Now I feel like somebody's watching me.

No AAR from me, and AI++ seems pointless for somebody too dumb to beat AI+ ...

Good AAR.
Nice to hear that the AI will build factories now. Sounds like the AI use of air power was quite formidable in this random game - all in all, AT Gold looks promising.
