How do I get rid of all these motorcycle regiments?

For some reason you can't disband at Stavka.

You must attach them to another HQ and disband from there

[:D] wow! thats alot of motorcycles. I'd send STAVKA to the next Baja 1000. that should get rid of 75% to 80% of the cycles.
