3.2 Version makes me happy!

Been playing Wir for a long time.But this version have one of the best new improvements.Extra OP to higher ranking leaders.But why is is that with rating of 6 as the Russians you get the most OP? But i am still playing this game and i love it.I haved been pushed as the russians to the brink of disater and then to be able to win those extra important battles over rail junctions that leaves the Germans out of supply.Well that is the thing that makes me feel great! To all of you out there that i have played against i salute you and just wanted to let you know that i will also be playing PacWar from now on.
