It's a nice touch, but I believe that the total inventory was 260. It hit 400 in Spring 1940.
Poland wanted this tank, but French production capacity was limited.

Poland would be exceedingly lucky to get 400 R-35s. In the campaign game, those have to come from somewhere.

however the french might have produced more or extended production capacity earlier if they had gotten polish orders for heavy tanks in the mid 30's.
