When do Soviet manpower start to dwindle ?

Hi guys, have Leningrad, not Moscow, Kursk, Rzhev etc., and then basically a straight line down to Rostov and also the Krasnodar area.
It is '43 and the Soviet numbers are still rising, 6.8M now.
Is it possible to see somewhere if you reached the tipping point or not ?
I assume the Soviets lose a minimum of say 50k men each turn due to attrition and interdictions in addition to the combat losses ?
