Matrix games web site help

First of all, my apologies if I have posted this in the wrong area, but I couldn't see an area appropriate for it.
A week ago I tried to order a game via the Matrix web site, but each time I tried the site could not process the order.
I contacted the help desk as directed in the support page, and received my ticket number. No help has been forthcoming, even after sending other emails asking for help. It has been over 6 days now and still no help to my question about ordering the game.
Can any one from Matrix games help me, as I really want to order a copy of Battlefield Academy!!!
