I go to assign some aircraft to an airbase specifying "all ranges" and I get a blank screen ( meaning no aircraft are available for assignment ) but the commanders report shows that there ARE aircraft in the National Reserve. Which is correct?

When you click assign there should be a list of a/c.

Unless you dont have any admin points or maybe some other reasons I forget

The range selector is for semi automatic adding/subtracting groups

Yes there should. But it's empty.

I had admin points out the ying yang. Besides it's free to reassign aircraft to an airbase.

Yes it is. And it's working perfectly. OR is it?

Yes it's possible, so I can. The bottom one of my Multiplayer games is the culprit in this case.

I have uploaded Soviet turn 4 and all the Nat. Reserve. planes show up in the assign list correctly for me. I'm using the latest code I have, so it could be some previous turn issue or it does not exist in the latest code.

It's a previous turn issue, I'm pretty sure.  Currently there's no way to "save" the game except at the "end turn" period.  I suppose I could have "saved the game" before I did anything else and then "continued" by restarting multiplayer and but I've never tried that.  Having the option to save the game without being kicked out to the main screen would be really handy for things like this.  But I suppose that just invites cheaters.  The cynical part of me insists that there are cheaters although I have no proof that they exist for this game.

Hi Larry,

You can save midturn for the server based PBEM games. Just use the Administration tab, and save the game as normal. It will upload the midturn save to the server, and you would resume from that the next time you start.
