My download from Plimus has expired.I need to re install,I e mailed them and a bot replied stating nothing can be done untill Monday.Can someone at Matrix assist with this now as I notice several staff online during weekends.Thanks.

You need to open a ticket with the help desk, if they dont contact you after 5 odd days send Erik Rutins an email, (his PM box is full).

They have sorted people out at weekends before so maybe you get lucky.

You should store the installer on a memory stick so you always have the game incase of HD failure.
