Hi, I am planning to purchase both DW and ROTS later today. My question is: Should I install DW then it's update, then install ROTS and then it's update? In the future, should I install only ROTS updates and ignore any DW updates? Thanks

Yes, once you have ROTS you can ignore future vanilla updates.
