how can i please change my E-Mail adress in my profile?

Just login to you profile and change your mail address.

So uh maybe you have multiple accounts then? Say you have an account username: "Zack" (just as an example) and another one "Zocker", you can't use both accounts with the same email addres.
So you may have to use a different mailaddres. Or the same mailaddres but with a different username.
If all else fails just mail to the helpdesk.
