Can not play

Hi Matrix.
I bought the Addon Supernova today, but i can not play.
I installed the game, and typed in my serial number, but when i will lunch the game there is an error:
"There is an error with your serial number an entered. Please go to (the matrix website) for assistance. Error code 300"
I Don't know what to do, please help! It's definitly the right serial!

Same here. Just bought it and I get the same message. Installed fine but won't run.

I've experienced the same problem, after installation, when trying to run the game it gives this error message:

same problem here.....Error code 300.....
why that?
why must i wait now for playing this game..no testing before or not enough??
waiting for a patch or another solution now,,,,,,,waiting,.......waiting.....

It's an epidemic. And I put off buying it on GG so I wouldn't have compatibility problems.

Yeah, this is exactly the error message!
And i thought i were to stupid to enter the serial.

Yes there is an error with the installer. I have fixed it and it will be replaced momentarily. You will then be able to re-download and re-install to fix this. I am very sorry this was not caught in testing. I will let you know as soon as the fixed version is available.

Same for me. Waited to buy this from Matrix even though it's been available for less money on pre-order from GG, D2D and others. My own fault, I guess. Can we get Support their Wake Up Call please?

Ok, could happen, nobody is perfect.

Hi Everyone,
Our apologies on this. The issue has been fixed - if you re-download from your original download link, you'll get the fixed version. Just uninstall the one you already installed and reinstall from the new download and it will work.
We've also sent out e-mails to all affected customers with this information and sent out new download links as well, just in case you lost your original download link.

Well, I just purchased it this morning April 15, 2011 at 6:15 AM Central Standard Time, and the serial number I was given is being rejected as incorrect. I would appreciate help to resolve this problem.

Hi McC,
Since the original problem was solved, could you give us more information on what you are experiencing? Details, please.
If the installer is rejecting your serial number, chances are there's a typo.
The serial number should be in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX with the hyphens and no leading or trailing spaces. A common problem is that if a customer used copy and paste then a few extra spaces can get in there either before or after the serial number. If you double check the format and get rid of any extra spaces, it should work.

At least you have it. I pre-ordered it from D2D and they haven't even bothered to release it yet. Just sent them a message five minutes ago expressing my displeasure.
BTW, every sites version is supposedly compatible with any other version. I bought the game from GG but bought the add-on from D2D. I got that info from the developers forums so it better be correct.

Thank you Erik! I manually inputed the number and it works now. I attempted that before I left work, but it didn't work. I assume that I made a mistake when I manually typed it the first time around. Thanks again for the assist!
