i want to build rifle infantry.i have lvl8 barracks,light infantry training. what other requirements are there? (i also have one of the skirmisher upgrades)

There is also a time requirement. It must be a certain year. 1803 maybe? Can't remember off the top of my head but I know there is one.

thx. i knew i must be missing something and i dont recall seeing that anywhere. a few more years to wait, sigh.
