I see a lot of interdiction by fighter planes; since they are not set as bomber missions all they do is show up, and seem to fly in circles. Should it happen this way? Also, does the ground unit suffer a lost point in morale?

This is not normal and we trying to fix it. This kind of strike can cause morale reduction.
