Need Help with PLIMUS!

Not for sure if this is the right place but here goes. I had some computer problems and lost the game War in the East. I eamiled Plimus to send me a link to reinstall the game last Monday and received an email back (computer generated) with case number and there would be an answer in 1 business day..
I havent heard a thing back from them since Monday. Is there someone else I can speak to. I have all info regarding the purchase and the game is registered with Matrix and going back on the same computer! Thanks Joe
