I was unlucky in the last game : both super weapon got taken by another empire.

Despite very numerous spy actions, telling me I got more advanced in researshing those techs, I never managed to get them.. Finally bought them for a large sum (which seems reduced by spying attempts ?)

Is it possible after 100+ spy attempt to finally get them ??

I think the Death Ray and the Devastator Pulse are level 9 tech, so it should take about 4 times more steal missions than a level 7 tech like the most advanced Titan beam.

how about a weaker version of the weapon and a current one.  One that blows moons only and then planet

And maybe make it less available or less likley to fall

Actually it was not the planet killing laser which I was trying to steal, but the smaller one, that deals, if my memory is right, something like a thousand damage per hit ?

If I'm not mistaken, there's a super laser beam and a super aerea weapon. And then there's the world devastator laser, which I never found a way to produce (and didn't test breaking down my world devastator to see if I could build another one after that !)

You're not mistaken and you did good not to dismantle the WD, you wouldn't have get it this way.
