Better watch those guys on the Dnester. They are likely to have company from "up north" cutting them off.
The Germans certainly like their panzers getting cut off or supply restricted. Be interesting to see what happens in about 4-5 turns when they do that kind of thing around a pile of Russians who would be in position to make them pay hard for it.
