Managed to duplicate this issue.  Rapidly restarted games without 'starting' the game if you understand what I mean (letting no time run).  I also switched some settings like bouncing between 100 planets and 250 planets and the type of galaxy (even cluster and irregular) though I am not certain that causes the issue.  This one is a beauty though but the picture speaks for itself.



Looks like 211 continental worlds with no moons this time!  I am human again and started with 15 planets in my starting system but the Mortalens won the lottery this time.  

I haven't seen that many planets in a system, but I am curious about the behaviour - does the planet listing in the bottom left corner scroll? With 211 worlds in one system, what is its behaviour?

Er... ok, there's a save file - I'll snag that and look at it when I have a moment.

Elliot, when you determine the root cause...please make it a feature so that the rest of us can have it too [:)]

I've also been seeing some odd systems also.
In one of my games the Zenox are in an 8 planet system, but all the planets are continental worlds 28.6K in size.
All have random names such as 'FC180'.

Do you have a save game for it that you can upload?
