War for South Africa

Playtesting this scenario and finding that you won't be declaring war on anyone anytime soon. With the small OOB's that each nation start out with I'm finding that mobilizing hording oil is what is needed for the time being. South Africa has the capability to form a huge army and the resources to do so. They already have 4 corps mainly infantry but one of the corps are armoured with several tank brigades forming. They have the oil to have a large armoured force and keep an offensive going for some time.
South Africa has one Infantry Corps on the border of Namibia with 18 Infantry Brigades, 3 Lt. Tank Brigades, 3 Artillery Brigades, 4 Hvy Artillery Brigades and two Air-Defense Brigades. In the very northern portion of South Africa where it sticks in between Botswana and Namibia the SAA have 1 armoured Corps with 4 Tank Brigades, 1 Mechanized Brigades, 3 Infantry Brigades and mobilizing hvy artillery brigades. This Corps is still in the process of mobilizing forces....
Namibia started out with only six Infantry Brigades, 1 armoured Brigade and 1 Air-Defense Brigade. During this time, the Military High Command in the capital city of Windhoek, observing SAA forces beginning to mobilize on their southern and eastern border they have began to mobilze their forces, but this is taking time that they may not have much longer. Their main concern is protecting the oil fields of the southeastern border area and so have begun sending their mobilized Infantry Brigades to this location digging in, preparing for the coming invasion they know is soon.
Mobilization is slow for this poor African nation, and only have one arsenal which is producing the weapons this nation will need to defend herself. While her oil output is very good, her raw matieral output is lacking and this is the main problem her army is facing. She does not have the capacity to produce supplies at the same time as the amount of raw material she truly needs. She has managed to form 1 Army Corps HQ in the south with 11 Regular army Infantry Brigades and 4 Reserve Infantry Brigades, with 1 anti-tank Bde. This is the only AT brigade she will have since she cannot produce anything more than one artillery item at a time. The Government has focused her main production in infantry guns, while the capital is producing PP, machine guns, mortars and a few Reserve Infantry, the other towns are producing supplies for the army.
Rhodesia allied with South Africa has begun to mobilze Infantry to her northern border with Zambia as relations have worsened to the point that both sides realize that war is coming. South Africa has advised Zambia that any invasion of Rhodesian territory will be considered an act of war and has moved 1 Corps to the border with Rhodesia in order to show Lusaka ( capital of Zambia) that they mean business and are willing to intervene. This is the last Corps as I mentioned above out of the four Corps which the SAA has so far mobilzed. Their strength are as follows: 5 Infantry Brigades and 1 Tank Brigade. The Rhodesian forces have 1 Corps with 7 Infantry Brigades. The Mechanzied Bde is back at the Captial as a reserve. The other 4 Infantry Brigades are holding defensive positions around the country ready to respond to any trouble from Mozambique. She has begun to recruit Reserve Infantry, along with some Regular Infantry from the capital of Salisbury. She has two gun arsenals producing infantry guns, along with Artillery. No tanks due to low supply of oil.
Zambia has begun mobilizing her armed forces for what they feel will be the liberation of Rhodesia and bring that nation into what the Government in Lusaka call " Greater Zambia". Her oil resources are not enough to support a tank force so they are hording their oil resources in the hopes of at least being able to supply 1 Tank or Lt. Tank Brigade, but for now she has only enough oil to support her current mobilized strength. She has so far mobilized 1 Corps of Infantry with a strength of 15 Infantry Brigades, 3 Artillery Brigades with a 2nd Corps beginning to form in the western portion of the country with a mixture of Regular infantry and Reserves. Zambia has so far not agreed to any alliances with any other African nations, but talks are underway with the Namibian government for what the government controlled press in Lusaka call " Unity amoung brothers in their struggle against Colonialism". The Zambian government also has feelers out to the Government in Mozambique but that nation does not have the resources to provide a stable second front, so this front is up in the air for now.
The Governments in Namibia and Zambia are working on plan that which calls for Nambian along with Angolan troops to invade Botswana as a diversion which would bring SAA forces into conflict there in order to stave off the defeat of Botswana. Angola currently has 3 Army Corps inside Namibia which are so far only there to defend the Namibian Government, but can go over to the offensive if this new alliance works out. The Angolan forces in Namibia are as follows: 1st Army Corps - 15 Infantry Brigades, 2 Tank Brigades. 2nd Army Corps has 10 Infantry Brigades, 2 Tank Brigades and 3 Artillery Brigades with 1 MLR Brigade and the 3rd Army Corps has 4 Assault Infantry Brigades and 1 Tank Brigade only as a defensive force along the coast defending the left flank for Namibian troops.
The Angolan oil supply while good, cannot sustain offensive operations by all three Army Corps for a given period of time. As of now Angola has massed two Corps on the border with Botswana but are not yet offensive capable as of now.
Now to Botswana, who with the smallest army of them all, starting out with only 2 Infantry Brigades and 1 Lt. Tank Brigade feeling that things were about to explode sent represenitives to Pretoria in order to discuss an alliance between the two nations. South Africa not wanting to see another hostile neighbor along their northern borders accepted the request from the Botswanians and talke were held resulting in both nations signing a treaty of Defense. Botswana is resource poor but with help from Pretoria has been able to mobilize 9 more Infantry Brigades and is now calling up reserves. They have been able to upgrade one oil refinery to level 3 and are producing 7,200 oil resources a turn. While their raw material mine is producing over 500 a turn after being upgraded to level 3.
