I have some ships,all combat, sitting in Colombo and they have been there for about 2 weeks,i needed to make a TF to intercept some IJN headed towards Akyab and low and behold over half of them are only at 36% fuel?
Colombo has 250k fuel,why arent the ships refueling?
This has got me puzzled and going to put a big hurt on my interception plans.

If they are disbanded in the port they will not refuel unless you order them to. Either by the "refuel" button on the ships in port screen or by forming them into a TF.
