when I was satisfied with my setup at the beginning, I clicked the play button, but a message box appeared, which said this content cant be played in demo, please upgrade it to a full game. Anyone has the same problem here, can give a solution plz?[&:]

Did you edit the scenario at all?

Did you try the other scenario? this message should only appear if there was some change to either the map, the scenario, or any of the other data files used in the game.

In Demo installation folder there is a folder named Data and in that folder is a folder name Scenarios. In the Scenarios folder you should be able to find the Tutorial.xml. If you zip and attach it to your post I can take a look at it. But that's really only one of the files that get's checked, there are quite a few others.

It might be easier for you to uninstall, delete the installation directory, and re-download the Demo and reinstall.

I checked your scenario file and it looks fine. I also went ahead and tried it and didn't have any trouble playing it in my copy of the Demo. So the problem must be with another file.

Hopefully uninstalling and reinstalling will help. Make sure you delete the delete the directory after uninstalling to make sure no 'bad' files get left behind.

Thank you very much I am now downloading the demo again, this time, from matrix website. Hope it works for me.

Ah, we're making a minor tweak to the Tutorial based on the early comments, and that tweaked scenario won't run with the current Demo and I thought that might be the problem, but it isn't that.

Hey Rick, your help really appreciated. I think every thing will be fine after I get the full game. Now, I can play another scenario in the demo and enjoy it.[;)]
