has anyone had a problem with their morale dropping and it not increasing. I'm having this problem currently in the Hispaniola scenario playing the Dominican side but have noticed this as well on some Haitian units which are controlled by the AI

never happened to me - puzzling[&:]....

is it possible that this is caused by the HQ not being within a certain amount of hexes from the units....

Now this is becoming annoying, I'm playing another scenario and after a few attacks and sending in the replacements my morale of several of my infantry units are "0" and not rising. My HQ has 170 staff and is 4 hexes away and supply line is clear of enemy units. So I ask what is happening here......

What am I looking for and once it is found, what do I change it to, or leave as is......

I checked this out Vic, and all units in question have 100 ap, 100 readiness and the HQ power is below 100 but around 46-50% if I'm not mistaken. The HQ is at least 10 hexes away so could this be the issue all this time.

Vic, this may be a very stupid question, but where is the modding forum. I thought I was already in it....
