AI Air Supply Setting?

I had to take a break from my game, installed the newest patch, and now I cannot have the AI resupply my units with transport planes. Did something change to prevent this or did I mess up my settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've fumbled my offensive and now have many units trapped deep behind Soviet lines...Thanks!

I think it was patched out. However it's easy to do, just refer to the interfaces section at the front of the manual.

I shift-click shift-click and shift-click and shift-click and shift-click and still nothing and then all of a sudden the air supply mission goes through, then repeat...

Anyone else with the same problem ? This is up north as axis, perhaps the game cannot decide which airgroup or minor axis that should do the mission.

That sounds like a range/availability issue.

I believe it is the change that you must stay in chain-of-command. Since the last changes, I am having a VERY difficult time getting anyone to fly supply but I have found that I can try a AGS unit and have no one available then I can try a AGC unit adjacent to the first one and have 10-20 choices.

If this is the case (and I am pretty sure it is) then I feel that the air war has certainly passed my micromanagement threshhold.

EDIT: And the above example is from a unit boundery, NOT because the units are not maintaining command integrity
