I got my new serial number and then registered it in the Members Area, but when I enter it in the coupon entry box on the product purchase page, it says it's invalid. Does it take a while to update after registering the new number?

I don't think you access it through the store. Once you have new serial number go to the memebers area to obtain the PCO download I think.

Hi Larry,

Per the instructions on the serial number page, this is not a coupon, it's a new serial number.

You just need to register is in the Members Club for Panzer Command: Ostfront and you should see the download version there as a registered download.
