Ike. Unless you just really enjoy playing in an endless monsoon, I would suggest "Advanced Weather: OFF". The programming for it seems to have a bias towards getting wetter and wetter and wetter.

Advanced weather: OFF is much better! There is still thunderstorms, but not (almost) every day...
