Long Campaign

I started a long campaign with the Germans in septmer of 39. The starting map was against Poland, which seemed normal but the map was itty bitty. only like 40 but 60 hexs. Between my force and Polands, we took up the whole map. Anyways I one(got a DV) and went to the next map. But it was the same size!!! and the next and the next!!! Why does the game do this?

Not sure about that. I thought it was loosely tied to the size of your purchase points/core size. Check your private messages btw.

I've been doing the long campaign...all my maps have been rather large.
5k points by the way.

I restarted a long campaign last nite, 9-39- , and left default point size at 3100. My map was rather crowded with 1 armor co and 2 SS inf cos. I wonder if that default point setting is causing the maps to be a little smaller?

well you're getting small maps...
3.1k points IS a bit big...I say you should probably try playing with the point size...if that doesn't do anything I dunno what to tell you.
I do 5k points for the North Africa front and my biggest beef is the weird vis settings it gives me, gives me a 3 for an assault mission...and now I get to do a 1 vis defend mission, yeah!
