The game is on the back burner as far as Matrix is concerned - it's had it's 2 or so years of major sales, the developer isn't supporting it any more & presumably they're just getting a few sales with a fairly high profit on each having amortised whatever the fixed costs are.
I did ask Frank if he was interested in letting the gamers have a crack at doing some final debugging, but he intimated that the sales contract with Matrix didn't let him, and he wasn't really interested anyway [:(]

Also for Matrix, it would be unusual to neglect his children.

It's certainly a shame, but it's silly to call it a disgrace when it is entirely predictable and normal in he world of minor game.
