During a PBEM game, I´ve heard that some people have received pbem cheats messages when migrating the game from the desktop to the laptop. I don´t know the reason why. Did it happen to someone else before?

Yes this is working as designed. It's to keep people from opening the turn on one machine and trying stuff, discovering things etc., then re-opening it on another machine and doing different things based on his knowledge of the first opening.
