Does a flak unit with a range of 1 hex (a 1 is shown in the middle of the range hex symbol) suppress interdiction in all the adjacent hexes to the unit, or just the hex that the flak unit itself is in?

Your Flak unit will reduce air interdiction in its own hex and all adjacent hexes.
