I just bought the game and it presented a error screen when loading.
It seems relates to the language setting of OS. I am using Windows 7 64bit Home.

Coz I heard that if we use Microsoft AppLocale to change the language setting of the game to Русский, it will be OK.

The 1030 patch just solves the problem, perfect job. Thank you very much.
