the switch upgd/keep (Japanese) aircraft engine factories reached from base screen is inverse to the one reached from "industry management"
e.g. Tokyo aircraft engine fac. Nakajima Ha-35 is "updg"
on "Industry Management" screen it is "keep"
if you switch one the other switches too.
Which one is right?[&:]
