Battle of the Bulge turns East

With the talk about the future release of War in the West I was thinking about what if they had turned those forces East. In '45 there were several good counter attacks that made the Soviets rethink their tactics and did slow them down. It wouldn't change the final outcome but may delay the Soviets enough to affect the outcome of a game as far as victory points. It would be interesting if those forces would be available in either the Grand Campaign, the 44-45 Campaign or maybe a stand alone scenario.

Can this be done with the editor? Could be a good winter project.
