need sowiet opponent CLOSED

hi all,
after getting a lesson by Bourguignon[:)] and several testings against AI i feel fit enough to play the german GC 41 now.
my PBEM experiences are several scenarios and a PBEM as sowiet in turn 15 now.
i would like HQ locked and play with non random weather.
